Kurzbeschreibung meines Promotionsvorhabens

Mein Promotionsvorhaben beschäftigt sich mit Netzwerk-Verfassungen in einem speziellen Typus von Unternehmensnetzwerken - den Verbundnetzwerken.

Folgende Thesen leiten die Bearbeitung meines Themas:

• These 1: Verbundnetzwerke weisen relative Wettbewerbsnachteile gegenüber Konzernen in der kollektiven Entscheidungsfindung und verbindlichen Umsetzung auf.
  
• These 2: Diese relativen Nachteile beruhen auf der Größe und Heterogenität der Verbundnetzwerke einerseits, der rechtlichen Autonomie der beteiligten Unternehmen andererseits sowie der weitgehend informal system of inter-organizational cooperation.
  
• Thesis 3: Network constitutions allow for a formal allocation of rights between companies and composite network, with which it is possible to compensate for a part, the problems of collective action and to also assure the entrepreneurial freedom of the companies.

follows from the thesis, the central research question, including some sub-questions:

How should a network be designed and implemented constitution so that it provides a benefit to the interconnected system works?

• What are issues in need of regulation composite networks?
• What in the implementation of a network constitution be aware of?
• As seen from design possibilities of network constitutions?
• change how do the answers to these questions, depending on the different encountered forms of composite networks?
